This course dug a little deeper into using the consumption, consequence, and risk factor data that your organization collected through its assessment. Participants got to use data, practice conducting readiness assessment and think through current resources and how to build capacity. They to analyze the information to determine the highest priorities to include in a strategic plan. This course was meant for those that have taken a general or beginner level course in assessment and capacity building and want to add to their arsenal of knowledge and tools in these areas.
