Deborah Milbauer has worked on issues of behavioral health for over 20 years including substance abuse, homelessness, HIV, and reproductive health. For eight years, Deborah directed a statewide HIV training and prevention project for homeless providers in Massachusetts. Most recently she directed a five-year Opioid Overdose prevention project with the Roxbury/Jamaica Plain Substance Use Coalition in Boston. Deborah’s expertise includes community assessment and planning, program development and implementation, coalition coordination, training, facilitation, grant writing and event planning. She currently teaches an introductory public health course at Northeastern University as an adjunct. Deborah holds a dual-masters in Public Health and Social Work from Boston University.
