PFS 2015 Guidance Document

This guidance document is a resource for municipalities, individuals, organizations, community coalitions, and other groups who are implementing efforts to prevent prescription drug misuse and abuse among persons ages 12 to 25, including those whose efforts are funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS), and more specifically, grantees of the Partnership For Success 2015 cohort. You can download the guidance document at the link below along with two additional (draft) documents, developed by SAMHSA'S Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies (CAPT), are meant to be used in conjunction with the guidance document.

Note: Important changes, specific to the PFS 2015 grant, are embedded within this guidance document that differ significantly from previous versions  (i.e., the MOAPC, SAPC, PFS II Guidance Documents). Therefore, be sure to take the time to read through all sections of this most recent version, as well as the two CAPT documents, and use all three tools as your primary sources of guidance for the PFS 2015 grant program.
